Allison Dunning is a CBA (Certified Balloon Artist). There are only 400 CBA’s worldwide (August 2006). CBA’s are people who work for a Business Member of the internationally known and recognized Qualatex Balloon Network™ (QBN) and have successfully completed the program's written tests, as well as the CBA Practical Examination to demonstrate their knowledge of the QBN curriculum and ability to produce quality balloon work.

While the QBN curriculum features systems and methods that have proven to be successful with leading balloon retailers, we recognize there are other systems and methods that also work well for many balloon businesses. The purpose of QBN testing and the CBA Practical Exam is to confirm knowledge and skill. By doing so, QBN Business Members and Pioneer Balloon Company are better able to trust CBA’s with referral business because they have demonstrated their knowledge in an objective way. QBN

Merry Makers & Decorators is insured as a balloon decorating company and operate with the utmost professionalism on or off the job site. Allison and Brian Dunning are registered with the World Clown Association, the Qualatex Balloon Network (QBN), BalloonHQ.com (BHQ), the Greeley Chamber of Commerce and are very active within the local communities.

All of our Merry Makers are required to carry entertainer’s liability insurance that protects the entertainer and the client on every Merry Maker job they do. Individuals who contract with Merry Makers and Decorators are required to hold entertainer's liability insurance. We take what we do seriously, even when we are having fun. Our merry makers have a passion for what they do and most of us hold full time jobs outside of entertaining.
